Most all orders are shipped via US Postal
Service-Priority Mail, however larger shipments may be sent by UPS Ground.
All shipments are to Domestic US addresses only. Your total delivery time includes 1 day for
processing plus approximately 3 to 7 business days shipping
time. You can expect delivery of your items 4 to
8 business days after you place the order.
Documentation
When you place your order, you will receive an immediate receipt from PayPal, our payment
processor. A shipping confirmation email will follow,
usually within 1 business day. Be sure to supply your valid email address.
Back Orders
All back ordered products are replenished from our manufacturers on a regular
basis. Normally, this process takes a few days but it can be as long as 30 days.
If any Items in your order are on back order, we will notify you via email about
the delays. Please note that you have the right to cancel an order at any time
before it ships by sending us an
email.
